Can I pickup the art?
Yes, I offer free pick up for all art sizes in Bothell, WA. We can also coordinate to meet at a mutually convenient place.
What are your shipping policies?
Artwork, not including commissions, can ship within a week after the order has been placed. I ship through USPS / UPS with a tracking number that I will share with you. I send all artwork wrapped in bubblewrap / paper in a cardboard box.I offer a flat shipping fee within the United States per order, depending on the largest piece in the order. The shipping cost is shown to you as part of the checkout process.
What is the refund policy?
I take a lot of care in creating and shipping artwork. I also try to represent the true colors on my website, I suggest you checking the art on multiple devices if you are worried about color variance. I request you to carefully check the dimensions and orientation. Due to these factors, All sales are FINAL except in certain situations. Please email me at shop@arohika.com.
